Private enclosed garden with large level lawn, garden table and chairs, barbecue, a stream running through the bottom of the garden. Direct access to several footpaths including Comfort Woods and the Cotehele Estate.

Please note:

  • Very young children should be under supervision in the garden as there is a gentle grass slope that drops down to the stream which is usually no more than 2 or 3 inches deep.

  • Pets: Obedient dogs welcome (no more than 2). Please note that there are always farm animals on the land.
